Best Gelatine Mold (Jello) recipe for adults?
I’ll be presenting a gelatine mold (Jello) desert the coming weekend, anyone has any good jello recipe that would make a perfect ending to a great dinner? I have a 1litre capacity mold (calssic retro dome in stainless steel). I already surf various sites, i think a hands on suggestion is far better than just doing it from scratch.
I agree the lime jello with pineapple is great! Take a packet of lime jello, 1can of crushed pineapple and 1 packet cream cheese
strain pineapple(reserve juice)
prepare jello according to package using pineapple liquid and water
beat cream cheese and pinepple and add to jello
follow directions for the mold and cooling. You can garnish with marachino cherries if you like.
